2. General information on data processing
We process personal data of our users only to the extent necessary to provide a functioning website as well as our content and services. Processing generally takes place only with the user's consent or where a legal basis permits it.
3. Hosting and server log files
This website is delivered by Netlify (Netlify, Inc., 512 2nd Street, Suite 200, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA) as a content delivery network. When you access the site, Netlify processes technically necessary connection data:
- IP address
- Date and time of the request
- Content of the request (specific page)
- Access status / HTTP status code
- Browser and operating system used
- Referrer URL
This data is processed to ensure operation and to defend against attacks, and is deleted after a short period. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Netlify. Transfers to the USA are based on the EU standard contractual clauses (Art. 46 (2) (c) GDPR) and Netlify's participation in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
4. Cookies and local storage
This website sets no cookies and loads no tracking or analytics services. Only your acknowledgement of the privacy notice is stored in your browser's localStorage so the notice does not reappear. This information never leaves your device.
Should optional cookies (e.g. analytics) be introduced later, this will happen exclusively with your explicit consent. The legal basis would then be Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR and § 25 (1) TDDDG.
5. Fonts
The font used (Inter) is served from our own server. No connection is made to external font services such as Google Fonts; your IP address is not transmitted to third parties.
6. Contact form
If you send us enquiries via the contact form, your details from the form including the contact data you provide will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.
Form submissions are technically received via the "Netlify Forms" service of the provider named above and forwarded from there to our email address info@jslm.de.
Processing is based on your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR) and on the initiation of a contractual relationship (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR). We delete the data as soon as it is no longer required for the purpose and no statutory retention obligations apply.

For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, this site uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the browser address bar changing from "http://" to "https://".

This privacy policy is current as of September 2026. Further development of our website or changed legal or regulatory requirements may make it necessary to amend it.
